Refund and Returns Policy
At GooseBuilt, every item is designed and built in small batches with care. We want you to love what you receive, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Because our products are handmade or produced in small batches, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Processing times vary by bank or card provider, so please allow a few business days for the refund to show up.
What about sale items, gift cards, or downloads?
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Downloadable digital items (such as design files or models) cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been delivered.
Can I exchange an item?
